Qingdao Ya Zu Culture and Art Co., Ltd. traces its roots to a ceramic art studio founded in 1989. Over the past three decades, we have grown into a full-service art company specializing in high-quality design and production for global luxury brands and premium spaces.

Meet The Team
Wan Liya
Founder & Art Director
Wan Liya is a pioneering Chinese ceramic artist known for combining contemporary sculptural language with traditional ceramic craftsmanship to reflect the profound transformations of modern society. He established his ceramic art studio in 1989, which was officially registered in 2023 as Qingdao Ya Zu Culture and Art Co., Ltd., headquartered in China, with an additional office in Los Angeles. He currently serves as the China Representative of the International Academy of Ceramics (IAC) , Vice President of Jingdezhen Taoxichuan Art Center and has pursued advanced studies in the Department of Mural Painting at the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
Qian Wan
Founder & COO
Educated at the Central Academy of Drama (BA & MFA in Stage Design) and the California Institute of the Arts (MFA in Applied Arts), she brings over a decade of cross-disciplinary experience in design, performance, and cultural production. Her portfolio includes major national and international events such as Universal Studio Hollywood, the Beijing Winter Paralympics Torch Lighting Ceremony, the Beijing 2022 New Year Countdown event, the award-winning book Xi Qu in Beijing (Muse Gold Award), and the China-Greece 50th Anniversary Cultural Exchange.
In 2023, she joined Qingdao Ya Zu Culture and Art Co., Ltd. as Chief Operating Officer, leading creative strategies for site-specific art and luxury collaborations.
